Hi there! I have a MA in teaching and certifications in both hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming and I love to constantly learn, write and share what I know.
My tips, strategies and reviews come from what I’ve practiced through the not-always-easy journey of learning to take better care of myself-emotionally, physically and spiritually.
So, I bring my love for learning together with being a yoga enthusiast, soccer player and former swim coach and instructor to give you useful tools that help you feel better! I’m not perfect, but I strive to be myself and improve everyday.
Michael was born and raised in the Pacific NW. When not writing, listening to a good song, or dancing to the beats in his own head, Michael enjoys the quest to better himself. Whether it is spiritually, mentally or physically, Michael has been on a quest to find the best self he can. Over the years he has sputtered and restarted enough time to be a living Phoenix. The newest incarnation is the most promising and exciting yet.
